Test Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct online, batch, and data verification testing to ensure accuracy and consistency after data migration
• Design and execute test strategies, including positive, negative, and regression testing techniques
• Utilize automated and manual testing tools to increase efficiency, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business teams to develop comprehensive test plans, conditions, and cases
• Document test results and create detailed defect reports, following all issues through to resolution
• Apply knowledge of payment card industry standards and security compliance to all testing activities
• Act as a single point of contact for assigned client projects regarding test activities and coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in software testing
• Proficiency with relational databases
• Knowledge of the bankcard industry
• Experience using IBM Rational tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Working towards International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certification
• Experience with IBM Mainframe Systems (TSO, JHS, CICS)
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, HP Quick Test Professional, or Jmeter
