About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver territory plans using segmentation and targeting to maximize coverage and ROI
  • Win distribution, visibility, and recommendation by negotiating and influencing customers across General Trade and Modern Trade Independent channels
  • Bring market and competitor insights to the team and translate them into clear local priorities
  • Strengthen distributor infrastructure and implement trade marketing plans based on market insights
  • Execute brand and category plans in-store, including merchandising, displays, and education, against Haleon standards
  • Coach and develop your team to improve call discipline, coverage, and in-store excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Bekasi and Karawang)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in FMCG or Consumer Health industries
  • Strong people leadership and coaching skills
  • Collaborative mindset and solid analytical skills
