About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver territory plans using segmentation and targeting to maximize coverage and ROI
- Win distribution, visibility, and recommendation by negotiating and influencing customers across General Trade and Modern Trade Independent channels
- Bring market and competitor insights to the team and translate them into clear local priorities
- Strengthen distributor infrastructure and implement trade marketing plans based on market insights
- Execute brand and category plans in-store, including merchandising, displays, and education, against Haleon standards
- Coach and develop your team to improve call discipline, coverage, and in-store excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Bekasi and Karawang)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG or Consumer Health industries
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Collaborative mindset and solid analytical skills
