About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver territory plans using segmentation and targeting to maximize coverage and ROI
- Win distribution, visibility, and recommendation by negotiating with customers across General Trade and Modern Trade Independent channels
- Translate market and competitor insights into clear local priorities
- Strengthen distributor infrastructure and implement trade marketing plans
- Execute brand and category plans in-store, including merchandising, displays, and education
- Coach and develop the team to improve call discipline, coverage, and in-store excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor
- Experience in FMCG or Consumer Health is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Working proficiency in English
- Willingness to be based in Manado and travel within the assigned territory (Manado, Palu, Kendari, and Ambon)
