About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver territory plans using segmentation and targeting to maximize coverage and ROI
  • Win distribution, visibility, and recommendation by negotiating with customers across General Trade and Modern Trade Independent channels
  • Translate market and competitor insights into clear local priorities
  • Strengthen distributor infrastructure and implement trade marketing plans
  • Execute brand and category plans in-store, including merchandising, displays, and education
  • Coach and develop the team to improve call discipline, coverage, and in-store excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor
  • Experience in FMCG or Consumer Health is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Willingness to be based in Manado and travel within the assigned territory (Manado, Palu, Kendari, and Ambon)
