About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute territory business strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and market share growth
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, including endocrinologists and diabetes educators
- Manage the patient onboarding process to ensure successful product adoption and training
- Utilize a consultative approach to provide clinical expertise regarding Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes
- Analyze market trends and data to drive informed business decisions and territory performance
- Maintain accurate data within CRM systems like Salesforce to capture territory insights
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer support and training
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel 100% to cover assigned territories
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 30 lbs of sales samples and literature
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience in B2B, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
- Demonstrated track record of success in business or academics
