About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive Retail Expansion by opening new accounts weekly and building partnerships with wholesalers and distributors
- Own In-Store Execution by securing prime shelf placement and managing merchandising
- Manage Inventory & Relationships to drive reorders and manage lean product inventory
- Activate & Track through demos, sampling events, and logging metrics in mobile CRM
Requirements
- Proven track record in high-volume door acquisition or territory growth
- Experience in DSD, route, or field sales (CPG, beverage, or energy preferred)
- Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and manage active daily routes
- Proficiency with mobile CRMs and routing tools
