Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for in-home consultations
- Travel throughout Fort Madison and surrounding communities
- Use diagnostic and sales processes to identify foundation and structural needs
- Lead high-trust conversations to guide homeowners to solutions
- Deliver exceptional service to every homeowner
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience preferred (outside, in-home, or consultative)
- Competitive and results-driven mindset
- Strong face-to-face communication skills
- Coachable and able to follow a proven sales playbook
