Territory Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive volume growth and expand market share for Stratas Foods brands through consultative, value-driven selling
• Execute a territory plan targeting regional chains and large operators to drive sustainable growth
• Conduct technical product demonstrations, including fry tests and product cuttings for oils, dressings, and sauces
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and broker partners
• Manage sales opportunities and pipeline visibility using Salesforce on a daily basis
• Travel up to 50% within the assigned territory to engage with customers and partners

Requirements

• 3+ years of foodservice, distributor, broker, or manufacturer sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Must currently reside within the assigned territory (New England, Upstate New York, and/or Eastern Pennsylvania)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Culinary Arts
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Culinary training or hands-on kitchen experience
