About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive retail expansion by opening new accounts weekly and building partnerships with wholesalers and distributors
- Secure prime shelf placement and manage in-store merchandising including POS and rotation
- Manage inventory and build deep trust with retailers to drive reorders
- Run demos and sampling events to boost brand velocity
- Log daily sales metrics and compliance data in the mobile CRM
Requirements
- Proven track record in high-volume door acquisition or territory growth
- Experience in DSD, route, or field sales (CPG, beverage, or energy preferred)
- Highly disciplined and self-directed with an owner's mindset
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and manage active daily routes
- High school diploma or GED
Benefits
- $25.00 hourly base pay
- Uncapped 20% commissions
