About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive Retail Expansion by opening new accounts and building partnerships with wholesalers and distributors
  • Own In-Store Execution by securing prime shelf placement and managing merchandising
  • Manage Inventory & Relationships to drive reorders and manage lean product inventory
  • Activate & Track through demos, sampling events, and logging metrics in mobile CRM

Requirements

  • Proven track record in high-volume door acquisition or territory growth
  • Experience in DSD, route, or field sales (beverage, CPG, energy, or tobacco preferred)
  • Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs and run active daily routes
  • Proficiency with mobile CRMs and routing tools
