About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive retail expansion by opening a high volume of new accounts weekly
  • Build partnerships with wholesalers, DSD/RTM distributors, and B2B operators
  • Secure prime shelf placement and manage merchandising including POS, rotation, and facings
  • Manage and deliver lean product inventory to ensure stores are stocked
  • Run demos and sampling events to boost brand velocity
  • Log daily sales metrics and compliance data in the mobile CRM

Requirements

  • Proven track record in high-volume door acquisition and territory growth
  • Experience in DSD, route, or field sales (beverage, CPG, energy, or tobacco preferred)
  • Highly disciplined, competitive, and self-directed mindset
  • Comfortable using mobile CRMs and routing tools
  • Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs and run active daily routes
