About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead retail expansion by opening a high volume of new accounts weekly
- Build and manage partnerships with wholesalers and RTM distributors
- Ensure proper store execution including eye-level facings and stocked shelves
- Manage lean inventory, including planning, loading, and delivering product
- Track sell-in and sell-through performance daily via mobile CRM
- Activate territory through local demos, sampling, and grassroots events
- Maintain compliance with kratom-specific and state regulations
Requirements
- Proven sales competency in DSD, route sales, or field selling (beverage, CPG, or tobacco preferred)
- Track record of high-volume door acquisition and territory growth
- Ability to lift 40 lb cases and remain on feet throughout the day
- Proficiency with mobile CRMs and routing tools
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor
