About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead retail expansion by opening a high volume of new accounts weekly
  • Build and manage partnerships with wholesalers and RTM distributors
  • Ensure proper store execution including eye-level facings and stocked shelves
  • Manage lean inventory, including planning, loading, and delivering product
  • Track sell-in and sell-through performance daily via mobile CRM
  • Activate territory through local demos, sampling, and grassroots events
  • Maintain compliance with kratom-specific and state regulations

Requirements

  • Proven sales competency in DSD, route sales, or field selling (beverage, CPG, or tobacco preferred)
  • Track record of high-volume door acquisition and territory growth
  • Ability to lift 40 lb cases and remain on feet throughout the day
  • Proficiency with mobile CRMs and routing tools
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor
