About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive retail expansion by opening a high volume of new accounts weekly
- Build partnerships with wholesalers, DSD/RTM distributors, and B2B operators
- Secure prime shelf placement and manage merchandising including POS, rotation, and facings
- Manage and deliver lean product inventory to ensure stores are stocked
- Run demos and sampling events to boost brand velocity
- Log daily sales metrics and compliance data in the mobile CRM
Requirements
- Proven track record in high-volume door acquisition and territory growth
- Experience in DSD, route, or field sales (beverage, CPG, energy, or tobacco preferred)
- Highly disciplined, competitive, and self-directed mindset
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and run active daily routes
- Proficiency with mobile CRMs and routing tools
