About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead retail expansion by opening a high volume of new accounts weekly
  • Build and manage partnerships with wholesalers and RTM distributors
  • Drive sell-in and ensure seamless setup for direct store shipments
  • Own in-store execution including shelf facings, inventory rotation, and POS compliance
  • Build deep relationships with store owners and clerks
  • Manage lean inventory, including planning, loading, and delivering product
  • Track sell-in and sell-through daily using mobile CRM
  • Activate territory through demos, grassroots sampling, and influencer drops
  • Maintain compliance with kratom and state regulations

Requirements

  • Proven sales record with measurable results
  • Experience in DSD, route, or field selling (beverage, CPG, energy, or tobacco preferred)
  • Track record of high-volume door acquisition and territory growth
  • Ability to lift 40-lb cases and stay on feet all day
  • Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with mobile CRMs and routing tools
