Responsibilities
- Drive retail expansion by opening new accounts weekly and building partnerships with wholesalers and distributors
- Own in-store execution by securing prime shelf placement and managing merchandising
- Manage inventory and retailer relationships to drive reorders
- Activate brand presence through demos and sampling events
- Log daily sales metrics and compliance data in the mobile CRM
Requirements
- Proven track record in high-volume door acquisition or territory growth
- Experience in DSD, route, or field sales (CPG, beverage, or energy preferred)
- Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and manage active daily routes
- Proficiency with mobile CRMs and routing tools
