About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive Retail Expansion by opening a high volume of new accounts weekly and building partnerships with wholesalers and distributors
- Own In-Store Execution by securing prime shelf placement and managing merchandising, POS, and rotation
- Manage Inventory & Relationships by building trust with retailers to drive reorders and managing lean product inventory
- Activate & Track by running demos and sampling events and logging daily sales metrics in the mobile CRM
Requirements
- Proven track record in high-volume door acquisition and territory growth
- Experience in DSD, route, or field sales (beverage, CPG, energy, or tobacco preferred)
- Highly disciplined, competitive, and self-directed mindset
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and run active daily routes
- Proficiency with mobile CRMs and routing tools
