About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop the Horeca & Corporate channel focusing on the hotels/cafe/restaurants sector for sales & business development
  • Identify and secure new clients while yielding existing clients to meet revenue targets
  • Analyse market needs and trends to deliver strategies supporting the business development plan
  • Maintain high level of product and service knowledge to support clients
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs set by senior management
  • Provide weekly reporting on all sales activities
  • Manage distributors including stocks, billing, inventory, hygiene, secondary, and ROI

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales with a focus on Horeca (Hotels/Restaurants/Cafes/Corporates)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with a strong sales drive
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Fluency in English and local language
  • MBA/PGDM or Hotel Management Graduate
  • Experience in HORECA food/beverage products sales preferred
