About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop the Horeca & Corporate channel focusing on the hotels/cafe/restaurants sector for sales & business development
- Identify and secure new clients while yielding existing clients to meet revenue targets
- Analyse market needs and trends to deliver strategies supporting the business development plan
- Maintain high level of product and service knowledge to support clients
- Meet sales targets and KPIs set by senior management
- Provide weekly reporting on all sales activities
- Manage distributors including stocks, billing, inventory, hygiene, secondary, and ROI
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales with a focus on Horeca (Hotels/Restaurants/Cafes/Corporates)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a strong sales drive
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Fluency in English and local language
- MBA/PGDM or Hotel Management Graduate
- Experience in HORECA food/beverage products sales preferred
