About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through personal selling and driving the distribution system within the assigned territory.
- Manage the distributor system, including both front-end and back-end infrastructure.
- Analyze MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities to improve execution and performance.
- Negotiate with distributors and develop their teams to expand business reach.
- Cultivate strong relationships with trade partners to strengthen market position and provide market feedback.
- Monitor distributor performance and sales team activities, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Execute company promotional activities and ensure brand availability and visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum Fulltime Graduation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Channel Sales.
- Proficiency in ROI Calculations and RS Distribution Management.
- Experience with RS appointment and Sales Planning.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Decent communication skills in English and the local language.
