About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through personal selling and driving the distribution system within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the distributor system, including both front-end and back-end infrastructure.
  • Analyze MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities to improve execution and performance.
  • Negotiate with distributors and develop their teams to expand business reach.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with trade partners to strengthen market position and provide market feedback.
  • Monitor distributor performance and sales team activities, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Execute company promotional activities and ensure brand availability and visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum Fulltime Graduation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Channel Sales.
  • Proficiency in ROI Calculations and RS Distribution Management.
  • Experience with RS appointment and Sales Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Decent communication skills in English and the local language.
