About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through personal selling and market visits
  • Manage the distributor system, including both front-end and back-end infrastructure
  • Analyze MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities for performance improvement
  • Negotiate with distributors and develop their teams to drive business growth
  • Cultivate relationships with trade partners to strengthen market position
  • Monitor distributor performance and sales team execution to take corrective actions
  • Conduct and execute promotional activities within the assigned territory

Requirements

  • Minimum Fulltime Graduation
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Channel Sales
  • Proficiency in ROI Calculations and RS Distribution Management
  • Experience with RS appointment and Sales Planning
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Decent communication skills in English and the local language
