About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through personal selling and market visits
- Manage the distributor system, including both front-end and back-end infrastructure
- Analyze MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities for performance improvement
- Negotiate with distributors and develop their teams to drive business growth
- Cultivate relationships with trade partners to strengthen market position
- Monitor distributor performance and sales team execution to take corrective actions
- Conduct and execute promotional activities within the assigned territory
Requirements
- Minimum Fulltime Graduation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Channel Sales
- Proficiency in ROI Calculations and RS Distribution Management
- Experience with RS appointment and Sales Planning
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Decent communication skills in English and the local language
