About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through personal selling and market visits
- Manage the distributor system, including both front-end and back-end infrastructure
- Analyze MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities for improved execution and performance
- Negotiate with distributors and develop their teams to drive business growth
- Cultivate relationships with trade partners to strengthen market position and provide market feedback
- Monitor distributor and sales team performance to implement necessary corrective actions
- Execute and conduct promotional activities within the assigned geography
Requirements
- Minimum Fulltime Graduation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Channel Sales
- Proficiency in ROI Calculations and RS Distribution Management
- Experience with RS appointment and Sales Planning
- Strong knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel
- Fluency in English and the local language
