About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through personal selling and market visits
  • Manage the distributor system, including both front-end and back-end infrastructure
  • Analyze MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities for improved execution and performance
  • Negotiate with distributors and develop their teams to drive business growth
  • Cultivate relationships with trade partners to strengthen market position and provide market feedback
  • Monitor distributor and sales team performance to implement necessary corrective actions
  • Execute and conduct promotional activities within the assigned geography

Requirements

  • Minimum Fulltime Graduation
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Channel Sales
  • Proficiency in ROI Calculations and RS Distribution Management
  • Experience with RS appointment and Sales Planning
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluency in English and the local language
