About the role

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill financial and trade sales targets for all distributors and specified geography
  • Build and maintain business relationships with distributors to ensure long-term success
  • Implement sales fundamentals including distribution, pricing, placement, and promotions
  • Manage distributor claims, inventory, warehouse hygiene, and reporting
  • Recruit, train, and develop frontline field force and third-party personnel
  • Execute marketing activations and sales drives in alignment with field marketing teams
  • Ensure proper merchandising and coverage optimization across all relevant outlets
  • Manage distributor inventory to prevent stockouts and maintain warehouse hygiene standards
  • Drive alternate channel objectives and maintain relationships with key accounts

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of FMCG sales experience
  • Proven experience handling distributors and frontline field force
  • Experience in General Trade (GT) and other sales channels
  • Graduation or higher education degree
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Analytical ability and logical thinking
  • Willingness to travel 40-50%
