Responsibilities

  • Develop an annual territory business plan to drive business in key focus markets
  • Build and manage long-term business relationships with territory retail customers
  • Create demand for the company’s portfolio of products through key grower relationships
  • Manage the sales process via a CRM system
  • Implement grower demos to increase product experience
  • Meet or exceed agreed upon sales goals
  • Participate in and present at key industry meetings

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Life Sciences or an agriculture-related field
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience with crop protection products
  • Must reside within the assigned territory
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel 60% - 70% of the time
  • Ability to lift 40+ pounds and walk agricultural production sites in all weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with bio-pesticides
