Responsibilities
- Develop an annual territory business plan to drive business in key focus markets
- Build and manage long-term business relationships with territory retail customers
- Create demand for the company’s portfolio of products through key grower relationships
- Manage the sales process via a CRM system
- Implement grower demos to increase product experience
- Meet or exceed agreed upon sales goals
- Participate in and present at key industry meetings
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Life Sciences or an agriculture-related field
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience with crop protection products
- Must reside within the assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel 60% - 70% of the time
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds and walk agricultural production sites in all weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with bio-pesticides
