Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team and large-scale distributors to deploy company strategies and address local business needs in the Rahim Yar Khan territory.
• Set clear and SMART objectives to ensure delivery of Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and Strategic Plans in line with regional goals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets, as well as specific brand and pack deliverables.
• Analyze category development potential and implement action plans to grow market share.
• Monitor and manage trade discounts and track distributor ROI to ensure profitability.
• Implement quality and control measures at distributor outlets, including FIFO and stock management.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify and execute response plans.
• Ensure smooth execution of new product initiatives, merchandising, and display priorities.
• Assess and track team capability through regular feedback, KPI tracking, and field training.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• MBA or Master's degree in Marketing & Sales.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically with complex Excel and PowerPoint applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain speed in a fast-paced environment.
