About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team and large-scale distributors to deploy company strategies and address local business needs in the Rahim Yar Khan territory.
- Set clear and SMART objectives to ensure delivery of Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and Strategic Plans in line with regional goals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets, as well as specific brand and pack deliverables.
- Analyze category development potential and implement action plans to grow market share.
- Monitor and manage trade discounts and track distributor ROI to ensure profitability.
- Implement quality and control measures at distributor outlets, including FIFO and stock management.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify and execute response plans.
- Ensure smooth execution of new product initiatives, merchandising, and display priorities.
- Assess and track team capability through regular feedback, KPI tracking, and field training.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- MBA or Master's degree in Marketing & Sales.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically with complex Excel and PowerPoint applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain speed in a fast-paced environment.
