About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and gross margin performance within your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with target trade customers
  • Solve customer problems through consultation and understanding their specific needs
  • Execute business development and account management strategies to grow the customer base
  • Achieve sales budgets and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and professional training sessions
  • Foster a culture of safety by adhering to safe driving behaviours and workplace protocols

Requirements

  • Proven track record in account management or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Ability to thrive in a KPI-driven environment
  • Valid Australian driver's licence
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and climbing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry
  • A genuine passion for all things automotive
