About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop professional customer relationships and optimize base sales, NPD, and promotions
- Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques
- Implement and monitor promotional activities and point-of-buying material placement
- Report on field activities and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Drive sales capabilities and ensure product visibility within the Jhang territory
Requirements
- BBA degree required, with a preference for Sales & Marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales (FMCG/CPG experience preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets in a field-based environment
- Willingness to travel frequently for field work
