About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop professional customer relationships and optimize base sales, NPD, and promotions
  • Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities and point-of-buying material placement
  • Report on field activities and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Drive sales capabilities and ensure product visibility within the Jhang territory

Requirements

  • BBA degree required, with a preference for Sales & Marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales (FMCG/CPG experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets in a field-based environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently for field work
