Medorah Meditek Pvt. Ltd., established in 2016, develops and manufactures devices to treat medical conditions including digestive and pulmonary diseases. They are pioneers in the development and manufacturing of Self-Expandable Metallic Stents (SEMS) in India, with a portfolio including catheters, wire guides, and minimally invasive devices.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exponential growth of Gastroenterology products across the allotted region
  • Increase market penetration and share across partner hospitals
  • Develop and lead channel partners
  • Develop and maintain strong ethical relationships with KOLs and hospital personnel
  • Maintain understanding of the competitive landscape to drive business growth
  • Forecast sales funnels and set weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
  • Achieve and outperform sales targets
  • Comply with company reporting policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Sales and market development experience in the MedTech sector
  • Proven experience delivering results through personal and channel partner efforts
  • Exposure to relevant geographical markets
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Pharmacy

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
