Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop sales prospects and pipeline for the assigned territory in line with strategic targets
• Oversee monthly and quarterly targets and performance forecasts
• Maintain networking relationships with customers to ensure needs are met and complaints are resolved
• Analyze marketing and competition information to determine effective sales techniques
• Conduct surveys to better understand customer needs and attend seminars to promote company visibility
• Motivate and coach team downline to achieve sales targets and evaluate performance
• Lead Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Culture and adhere to corporate governance and ethics
• Set targets, objectives, and clear responsibilities for supervised staff

Requirements

• 5+ years of total professional experience
• B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Diploma
• Postgraduate in Business Management, preferably in sales and marketing
• Proven experience dealing with infrastructure clients
• Experience in developing solutions for civil/infrastructure projects and negotiating with contractors, consultants, and owners
• Strong technical acumen for techno-commercial activities
• Ability to travel extensively and maintain mobility
• Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce
