About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation through cold calls, field visits, and engagement with real-estate networks
  • Maintain a database of CPOs, commercial real-estate agents, landlords, and municipal contractors
  • Scout locations and ensure they meet financial benchmarks regarding rent, power cost, and CAPEX viability
  • Negotiate with landlords on scope of work, agreement tenure, rentals, and security deposits
  • Coordinate with city operations and technical teams to assess site feasibility
  • Liaise with DISCOMs to secure EV power connections across Delhi–NCR
  • Manage vendors and contractors for power applications and meter energization
  • Track EV policies, traffic regulations, and tenders to share insights with leadership
  • Maintain relationships with existing landlords and partners to ensure uninterrupted operations

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in sales or business development
  • Strong hustle and execution mindset
  • Experience in EV, real estate, franchise scouting, or expansion roles preferred
  • Strong deal-closing capability
  • Ability to navigate DISCOM-wise rules, tariffs, and regulatory requirements
