Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and market penetration within existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility end users.
• Act as a trusted industry resource and product expert within the West Florida territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and customer meetings throughout the region.
• Support commercial projects across healthcare, education, hospitality, and other market segments.
• Manage a territory spanning Tampa, Sarasota, and surrounding markets.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Prior outside sales experience.
• Experience selling commercial building products, construction products, or architectural solutions.
• Ability to travel throughout the territory multiple days per week.
• Must reside in the Tampa or Sarasota area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience calling on architects and interior designers.
• Experience with commercial building specifications.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
