Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Expand and cultivate existing accounts while establishing new ones to drive sales growth
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and conduct competitive analysis
• Analyze market segments to identify opportunities for growth and development
• Strategically plan daily activities using CRM and a structured call frequency system
• Conduct sales promotions, educational meetings, and lead generation activities
• Recommend pricing changes based on market dynamics and competitive analysis
• Address customer complaints promptly and recommend solutions
• Maintain thorough sales records, including customer profiles and territory records

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of proven direct sales experience
• Experience in the building products industry preferred
• Experience selling windows and doors preferred
• Understanding of dealer, distribution, and/or two-step channel segments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel 90% with overnight stays
