About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales plans to achieve defined secondary sales targets in rural markets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including Sub Distributors, USRs, and Super Stockists
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to off-role sales team members to assist distributor sales teams in penetrating deeper markets
  • Create and maintain adherence to PJP (Permanent Journey Plans)
  • Ensure adequate service levels to sub-stockist customers and build business in both existing and new outlets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports on sales activity and team performance
  • Collect and report market intelligence regarding competitor activities, such as new launches and product visibility
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality product and service delivery
  • Address customer complaints promptly following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Requirements

  • Any Graduate degree (MBA preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in front-line sales within the consumer industry
  • Proven experience in Rural Sales Distribution Management
  • Experience handling similar roles is preferred
