About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales plans to achieve defined secondary sales targets in rural markets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including Sub Distributors, USRs, and Super Stockists
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to off-role sales team members to assist distributor penetration
  • Create and maintain adherence to PJP (Permanent Journey Plans)
  • Ensure adequate service levels to sub-stockist customers and build business in existing and new outlets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports on team activity
  • Collect and report market intelligence regarding competitor activities and product visibility
  • Address customer complaints through timely action following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Requirements

  • Any Graduate degree (MBA preferred)
  • 2+ years of front-line sales experience in the consumer industry
  • Proven experience in Rural Sales Distribution Management
  • Experience handling similar roles in a consumer health or FMCG environment
