About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute sales plans to achieve defined secondary sales targets within rural markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including Sub Distributors, USRs, and Super Stockists
- Provide guidance, support, and training to off-role sales team members to assist distributor teams in penetrating deeper pockets within assigned areas
- Create and maintain strict adherence to PJP (Permanent Journey Plans)
- Ensure adequate service levels to sub-stockist customers and drive business growth in both existing and new outlets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports on sales activity and team performance
- Collect and report market intelligence regarding competitor activities, such as new product launches and visibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product and service delivery
- Address customer complaints promptly following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Requirements
- Any Graduate degree (MBA preferred)
- 2+ years of front-line sales experience in the consumer industry
- Proven experience in Rural Sales Distribution Management
