About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a $4M sales territory in the Arkansas and Southern Missouri market to maximize growth for Henkel’s General Industrial Loctite Adhesives.
- Identify and quantify value propositions by matching customer manufacturing needs with adhesive solutions.
- Motivate and train authorized industrial distributors to effectively sell LOCTITE brand products.
- Prospect for new business opportunities while managing and growing the existing customer base through account management.
- Develop and present formal technical training sessions to industrial and manufacturing MRO & OEM customers.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales engagement activities and the project pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree.
- 3+ years of industrial or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- Proven experience in value-added selling.
- Strong time and project management skills, including proficiency with CRM tools.
- Ability to work with design, manufacturing, quality engineering, and maintenance teams.
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 20%.

- Previous experience working with industrial distribution networks.
