About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell and maintain 100% distribution of authorized Hershey items within the assigned territory
- Achieve merchandising objectives by building displays and replenishing secondary displays
- Ensure flawless retail execution of merchandising plans with various retailers
- Report daily activities, expenses, and account changes using tablet technology
- Visit between 6-10+ accounts per day to maintain brand presence
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid US state-issued driver’s license
- Personal vehicle in sound operating condition with personal auto insurance (minimum $100k/$100k/$100k coverage permitting business use)
- Ability to lift 10-40 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to use tablet technology and access wireless internet daily
- Ability to drive long distances and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and stooping
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week with a schedule overlapping core hours of 6:00am to 4:00pm
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in food merchandising
