Territory Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of authorized Hershey items within the assigned territory
• Achieve merchandising objectives by building displays and replenishing permanent secondary displays
• Ensure flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans
• Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, and promotions
• Use tablet technology to submit daily activity reports upon completion of each day

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid US state-issued driver’s license
• Personal vehicle in sound operating condition
• Personal auto insurance with business use permit (minimum coverage: $100k/$100k/$100k)
• Ability to lift 10-40 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to use tablet technology and access wireless internet daily
• Ability to drive long distances and visit 6-10+ accounts per day
• Must reside within the specified territory zip codes

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in food merchandising

• Mileage reimbursement at 62 cents per mile
• Competitive hourly starting rate ($16.50 - $19.50 per hour)
