Territory Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of authorized Hershey items within the assigned territory
• Execute merchandising plans by building displays and replenishing permanent secondary displays
• Achieve merchandising objectives through effective use of display vehicles
• Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, and promotions
• Submit daily activity reports using tablet technology

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid US state-issued driver’s license
• Personal vehicle in sound operating condition with minimum auto insurance coverage ($100k/$100k/$100k)
• Ability to lift 10-40 lbs on a regular basis
• Proficiency with tablet technology and daily access to wireless internet
• Ability to travel long distances and visit multiple retail accounts daily
• Availability to work 20-25 hours per week with a flexible schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in food merchandising
