Territory Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of authorized Hershey items within the assigned territory
• Achieve merchandising objectives by building displays and replenishing permanent secondary displays
• Ensure flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans
• Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, and promotions
• Use tablet technology to submit daily activity reports upon completion of each day

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid US state-issued driver’s license
• Personal vehicle in sound operating condition with personal auto insurance (minimum coverage $100k/$100k/$100k) that permits business use
• Ability to drive long distances and travel to multiple store locations daily
• Ability to lift 10-40 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop frequently
• Availability to work 20-25 hours per week with a schedule overlapping core hours of 6:00am to 4:00pm
• Proficiency with tablet technology and daily access to wireless internet

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in food merchandising
