About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell and maintain 100% distribution of authorized Hershey items within the assigned territory
- Ensure flawless retail execution of merchandising plans and build displays to meet objectives
- Replenish permanent secondary displays and increase distribution of top-selling items
- Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, and promotions
- Use tablet technology to submit daily activity reports upon completion of each day
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid US state-issued driver’s license
- Personal vehicle in sound operating condition with minimum auto insurance coverage ($100k/$100k/$100k)
- Ability to drive long distances and travel to multiple store locations daily
- Ability to lift 10-40 lbs on a regular basis
- Proficiency with tablet technology and daily access to wireless internet
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week with a flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in food merchandising
