Territory Sales and Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated territory by conducting customer visits and recommending unique programs and solutions
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems
• Drive sales growth within existing customer accounts by communicating Ecolab's total value
• Provide emergency service to customers via phone or in-person as needed
• Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions while demonstrating safe equipment use
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service, or hospitality
• Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, standing, and bending
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance on weekends or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or other advanced training/certifications
• Previous mechanical problem-solving experience (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical work)
