Territory Sales and Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated territory in Key West, Florida, serving customers such as restaurants, hotels, and schools
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems
• Use mobile technology and tablets to conduct customer visits and recommend tailored solutions
• Drive sales growth within existing accounts by communicating the total value of Ecolab programs
• Provide emergency on-site or phone support to customers as needed
• Assist with the installation of new equipment and manage parts and inventory to control costs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in sales, mechanical service, customer service, or the hospitality/food service industry
• Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, bending, and stooping
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance on weekends or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced technical certifications
• Previous mechanical problem-solving experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related fields
