Territory Sales and Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated territory in the Miami, FL area, serving as the face of Ecolab to customers.
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems.
• Use mobile technology and apps to conduct customer visits and recommend unique programs and solutions.
• Grow sales within existing customer accounts by communicating total value and meeting specific client needs.
• Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in-person visits as required.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and manage inventory of parts to control costs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service, or the hospitality industry.
• Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, standing, and bending.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance on nights, weekends, or holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or other advanced technical training/certifications.
• Previous mechanical problem-solving experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related mechanical fields.
