Territory Manager/Clinical Specialist

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas and market share objectives within the assigned geographic territory
• Develop and maintain superior relationships with key diabetes decision-makers, including Endocrinologists and CDEs
• Conduct product demonstrations and training for healthcare professionals and patients on the Omnipod® platform and related data management software
• Expand brand loyalty within strategic accounts such as private practices, large diabetes clinics, and hospital teaching institutions
• Manage sales promotions and execute field activities in accordance with established promotional guidelines
• Coordinate with operational, quality, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly by car within the assigned region
• Residency in the assigned geographic area
• Ability to travel overnight (typically 2–5 nights per month)
• Ability to carry and transport professional sales samples and literature

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in medical devices or the diabetes specialty
• Established professional relationships with Endocrinologists
• Previous industry, clinical, or diabetes-specific training experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
