Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement commercial activities in assigned Swedish territories to increase revenues, penetration levels, and sales volumes.
• Interface directly with end customers to negotiate deals, sell products, and solve problems while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Conduct background research on customer businesses and financial situations to support credit and risk committee approvals.
• Partner with dealers and Volvo Group product sellers to facilitate sales through bundled VFS offerings.
• Deliver point of sales training and provide guidance to dealer sales representatives regarding VFS products.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to achieve business objectives.
• Provide input for sales forecasts and support quarterly key dealer reviews.

Requirements

• Tertiary education or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Territory Manager or in an equivalent role.
• High level of financial understanding and deep knowledge of the asset-based finance industry.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English (both oral and written).
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and internal colleagues.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and tenacious approach to achieving objectives.
