Territory Manager, Urology & Critical Care

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with ICU teams, urology surgeons, nurse unit managers, nurses, and procurement
• Drive adoption of new products, including PureWick, by engaging new customers and identifying opportunities
• Achieve sales targets across the Urology Critical Care portfolio
• Manage a strategic territory plan with clear goals and prioritised actions
• Maintain accurate CRM data and identify clinical or competitive trends
• Partner with Clinical Specialists to support product trials, education programs, and implementations
• Attend conferences, workshops, and industry events to expand your professional network

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel within NSW
• High levels of motivation, resilience, and commercial awareness
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a sales pipeline

Preferred Qualifications

• Clinical or sales experience in ICU, ED, Anaesthetic, or Critical Care
• Experience as a Critical Care Nurse or Technician
• Tertiary qualification in healthcare or science
