Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop key partnerships and drive brand awareness for Milwaukee power tools through in-field conversions and trials
• Build strong relationships with end-users and distribution partners within the Northern BC territory
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to develop end-user specific growth plans
• Act as a product and application expert for Milwaukee’s cordless, hand tools, accessories, and PPE lines
• Identify major projects within the territory and monitor competitor activity
• Prepare and present monthly recaps and product forecasts for large-scale opportunities
• Operate within established budget guidelines to meet and exceed assigned targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• 2–3 years of sales and leadership experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Results-driven with high attention to detail and accountability
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to travel as needed throughout the territory
