Territory Manager, Surgical Workplaces

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales and support of Surgical Workplace products, including surgical lights, booms, and tables.
• Meet or exceed sales targets within the Philadelphia and New Jersey territory.
• Develop strategic sales plans for replacement, renovation, and new construction business opportunities.
• Provide Return on Investment (ROI) and business case information to justify product purchases.
• Monitor and update forecasted sales data on a weekly basis.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, and post-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure territory objectives and market share growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of medical device or capital equipment sales experience.
• Proven experience in direct selling to physicians and hospitals.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and meet performance goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within an Operating Room (OR) environment.
• Strong ability to influence middle management and technical decision-makers.
