Territory Manager, Surgical Workplaces

Responsibilities

• Sell and support Surgical Workplace products including lights, booms, tables, and digital health solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets while managing expenses within assigned limits
• Create strategic business plans for customer opportunities, including replacement, renovation, and new construction
• Monitor and update forecasted sales data on a weekly basis
• Collaborate with the Contracts and Tenders Team on RFP responses and provincial standardization contracts
• Provide Return on Investment (ROI) and business case information to customers
• Manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting, closing, and post-sales support
• Identify and pursue opportunities to upgrade installed bases or replace competitor equipment
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist with installation and post-sales support
• Track, report, and analyze sales opportunities with the Regional Sales Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales experience in medical devices and Operating Room (OR) capital equipment
• Minimum of 3 years of medical device or capital sales experience, including direct selling to physicians and hospitals
• Demonstrated record of success in sales positions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
