Territory Manager, Surgical Workflows

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets for Surgical Workplace Products, including surgical lights, booms, tables, and infection control equipment
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to manage replacement, renovation, and new construction business
• Manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting, monitoring, closing, and post-sales support
• Provide Return on Investment (ROI) and business case information to justify product purchases
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing the existing installed base
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist with installation and post-sales support
• Maintain accurate weekly sales forecasts and track opportunities using CRM tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of medical device or capital sales experience, including direct selling to physicians and hospitals
• Valid driver's license
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals in a professional sales role

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the Operating Room (OR) environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
