Territory Manager, Structural Heart, TEER

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and unit growth for the MitraClip division by meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote products to hospital personnel and physicians
• Identify key accounts and healthcare professionals to understand clinical needs and patient care constraints
• Observe medical procedures in labs and operating rooms to gain insight into physician needs and technical requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff and key purchasing decision-makers
• Educate external customers on product merits and clinical usage through presentations and demonstrations
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and managed care shifts to inform sales strategy
• Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, projections, and market data to management

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of related professional work experience
• Ability to satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, including vaccination compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or Marketing
• Experience in medical industry sales
• Strong clinical orientation with experience in interventional cardiology or cardiac surgery
• Familiarity with echocardiology and other indirect imaging technologies
