Territory Manager, Structural Heart - Cardiac Surgery

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Abbott Structural Heart products and grow revenue within assigned accounts
• Partner with the Regional Sales Director and Senior Territory Manager to achieve sales objectives and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, including interventionalists, echo cardiologists, and CV surgeons, to generate referrals and ensure clinical success
• Provide clinical case coverage, technical support, and in-service training to physicians and medical staff
• Analyze sales figures, market data, and analytics to develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans
• Maintain compliance with all corporate and divisional policies and procedures

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (Life Sciences or Marketing preferred)
• 3-5 years of related work experience
• Experience with products used in interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery
• Familiarity with echo cardiology and other indirect imaging
• Strong organizational, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Willingness to travel 50% or more
